Get back on track the next day
The day after the holiday, get back to your regular diet. Drink more water than usual. Go a bit lighter on carbs, especially if you indulged in appetizers. –iVillager

Get right back to your regular program of a healthy diet and regular exercise. You should have cheat days built into your schedule anyway. –iVillager
